Can I use these products for commercial purposes?
My stickers are hand drawn by myself and exclusive to Oh! Good Idea and Ligia Costa Brands, therefore are for personal use only and are not to be resold, redistributed or claimed as your own. Legal action will be taken if this policy is breached.

Is there tracking for my order?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard shipping which means that no tracking number is provided. However, I do offer shipping upgrades for both Domestic and International orders which are tracked and require a signature. I highly recommend purchasing the upgrade option if you are in the USA, as there are many reports of lost post. Lost items will not be refunded, only replaced.

Any promotions or coupon codes are posted on our social media accounts.
Can we combine discount codes?
Unfortunately no. You can only use one discount code per order. We hold the right to cancel your order if this term and condition have been breached.

When will my order arrive?
Our items are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class standard or Royal Mail Standard International delivery. This may vary depending on holidays or events that may affect postal volume. Customs processing times are also a factor not included in these estimates.
UK: 1-5 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
USA: 5- 7 working days
Canada: 5-7 working days
If your order was not delivered within the estimated time, please allow extra time for the post to reroute the mail back to me!
According to the Royal Mail website please allow extra:
UK: 10 working days after due date
Europe: 20 working days after due date
USA: 6 weeks after due date
Canada: 6 weeks after due date

The amount I paid for shipping does not exactly match the postage. Why?
Our shipping costs are flat rate which means that, whether you order 1 or 20 sticker sheets/ decals/ die cuts, you are paying the same shipping fee. However, if your order is of big value, I will have to charge tracking to protect both sides in case the order is lost en route. These fees also include costs for your packaging materials, so it is not just the amount that you see on the postage. Since they are considered flat rate fees, there will be no refunds, nor will you be asked to pay extra if your package is particularly heavier and we are required to cover the remaining amount. We believe that by offering a flat rate service, we are adding value to your purchases.
If you are purchasing outside of the UK, it is highly recommended that you upgrade your shipping to tracked as missing orders will only be replaced if tracking has been purchased.
