The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

  • Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Lost or late orders

Ligia Costa/ Oh! Good Idea is not responsible for lost or late items caused by Royal Mail.  All items are sent via 2nd Class Standard Royal Mail delivery ( for domestic orders) or Standard International delivery. There is an option at the checkout for a shipping upgrade, which the buyer is responsible to choose. Stamped Proof of Posting is always kept by us. If the buyer notices an order is late or missing, the buyer is responsible to contact Ligia Costa/ Oh! Good Idea within 14 days of delivery.

Oh! Good Idea is an online Stationery Shop by Ligia Costa, that proudly designs and sells planner stickers, planners accessories and other stationery. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website.

  1. What information do we collect about you? - At Ligia Costa/ Oh! Good Idea, we collect information about you when you place an order for our products/ services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in giveaways on our social media platforms.

  2. How will we use the information about you?- We collect information about you to process your order. The personal data collected from you to process your order, such as name and address on printed receipts, are kept safely for a period of seven years, for tax purposes. No data is sold to any third parties. However, third parties such as Royal Mail and Paypal are used to process your order.

  3. Access to your information and correction- You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at ohgoodideauk@hotmail.com. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

  4. Changes to our privacy policy- We keep our privacy policy under regular review. This privacy policy was last updated on the 13th of April 2018 and is GDPR compliant.

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser).
